So what do I do to subcribe. (showing my ignorance here.) When I click on that, it tells me I do not have something like a protocol (Itpc)....so what is that?

Oh, I think since it was done on a Mac, it's a real Podcast, so you need to have ITunes to get it to work. I have it, so I didn't get anything. Hopefully that helps.
