Old Day's Couples...

Are any of you still fans of the old Austin and Carrie played by Patrick Muldoon and Christy Clark? Sure wish they'd come back as a couple. I know Christy has been back, but Patrick is still around. I've kept in touch with him. I loved Austin and Carrie as played by Patrick and Christie. If we could find a time machine, maybe we could go back in time a decade or so and wipe out all the character assassination that has occurred, for them and every other character.

My Fave old Days couple is still Doug and Julie! Although I did like the old Carrie and Austin. Then they ruined them with Carrie and Mike, which also could have been a good couple if they hadn't of ruined Carrie and Austin to get there. It seems they do that a lot with couples who have a lot of potential. I've seen it before over the years, one that sticks out in my memory is Liz and Neil.

Gosh, yes, I liked Patrick Muldoon. My favorite couple was Marlena & John Black. Sigh~~I have not watched DOOL in almost 2 years...I've pretty much given up on my soaps, they became so depressing. I loved it 'back in the day" when there was lots of romance & adventure.

I liked the original Patch and Kayla. I haven't watched Days in years either. The story lines got too old and flat.

One of my favorites was Shane and Kimberly. And how can we forget Tom and Alice? I also liked the original Mickey and Maggie. Gee, I'm really going back in time. But, those were the good old days of this show.

I loved so many of the old Days couples, Doug and Julie, Steve and Kayla, Shane and Kim. Greg and Amanda, Liz and Neil. Roman and Marlana, Eugene and Caliopie.
John and Izzie B. I quit watching years ago, the day Marlena floated above the bed was enough for me. A good show gone bad, and from the sounds of it, it's still possessed.

Ah, yes the REALLY old days. I've watched since it started. Some years more than others, but Doug and Julie and the original Roman and Marlena(remember the strawberries?) are among my favorites and John and IzzieB, Liz and Neil, Eugene and Calliope. I guess all the emphasis on the kids is to draw in a younger audience, but the storylines are sooo dumb. I figure they are going to end the Brady/DiMera feud and cancel the show. Roman and Stefano (he's never really dead) will walk hand in hand into the great soap box in the sky.
