Wednesday...Finally did it!

The impossible!!
We found Miss Kelsey a car! 03 Grand am...Very sharp! I am so relieved...you have no idea! Insurance will be a bugger so it looks like We will help her out for a while.
Another rainy day here..things are just so soggy! YUCK
Laundry is all done i am so happy...LOL
The Church friend is doing better. I looked up the update this morning. She didn't need to have surgury. the 4 breaks in her pelvis are staying put! So time will tell. Her temp is also staying down. The other concerns is her lungs..very bruised and having a hard time breathing. Still on 02 to keep her stats up where they need to be. Yesterday they moved her from ICU as well...so things are looking up for her....
No other news to report except tonight is a Confirmation night ...yeh!

Good morning racemom! Such great news! What a relief for you it must be to know Kelsey has wheels again! Can't wait to see them pictures! I'm sure the insurance is high on a Grand Am as isn't it considered a sports car? That will be higher for sure. But at least it is done and life can go on as normal again now that it is out of your way. :p Any ways glad to hear the good report of your Church friend! Isn't our God an Awesome God? I have been praying and know God is in control of your friends quick recovery! God is Good! Well my day has been a lazy one! I slept in cause I stayed up late! I even slept in! LOL:upsideq: And then was lazy about getting around just not motivated I guess today. But I'm finally getting ready to go and walk just waiting on my Aunt to call me for the time to leave. We walk every day now since I'm off. Rain, Snow or shine! Speaking of which It's windy and cold and snow in the forcast so not a fun day weather wise here either! Oh well got to walk it's theraputic! Take care all have a great over the hump day!:)

Hey racemom and Julie! Well..work went ok today. The first half went slow..but the last half of the day went quicker. I'm glad you got a car for Kelsey. Car shopping isn't fun! Love to see pictures of her and her car! Julie...that's good that you are getting the walking in. I need to do it..just to lose some weight..grrr. It rained cats and dogs here right when I was getting off work! I think it's about over now. Supper's almost ready ..so I'll pop back in later. See ya!

Dragsy sounds like you are tired of the rain! Well right now it's so cold I would trade your warm temperatures for the cold ones we have been having! Urrgh! Cold again today right now only about 29 out BRRR! So will bundle up when I walk today. Going to spend the day inside baking raisen bars and cleaning a little bit etc. that is about it for my day today. Glad your work went well yesterday hope it does again today.:winkq:

Nope actually I didn't mind the rain. It really poured..but didn't last too long. Just wish it would cool off. I think racemom's tired of the rain already. Those raisin bars sound delicious. Send me the recipe! I haven't forgotten to post pics. Just haven't had time to sort through them yet. At least I got them on the computer. I'm working on it!
