Anyone else watch the new show with Christna Appllegate? It's kind of dumb and I doubt it will last but I did enjoy noticing that Sam's doorman was played by the former Tuvok from Star Trek Voyager. And her mother is the crazy ex-wife of the former corrupt president on 24 she was also one of Frasier Crane's hot romances.

I watched it, sort of by accident. I thought it was a pleasant surprise. I love the lack of a laugh track. Jean Smart was great, as usual and I laughed several times. I'm not sure it will hold up very long and it has a terrible time slot. I don't think I've ever seen CA in anything before, she was way better than I expected. And I loved the doorman.

I like CA but she can be a little over the top sometimes. As witnessed in her scene at the AA meeting. I suppose she was still in shock from the fact that she can't remember anything about herself, but still. It was funny though. I also liked how her boyfriend knew that she sneezes 3 times and that she can't swallow pills.

CA was in the movie The Sweetest Thing, with Cameron Diaz. CA also had a show called Jessie a few years ago maybe you'll remember her from that? :)

I saw it and thought it was ok...although I thought it was
going to be a 1hr drama series not a 30 mintues comedy

My biggest memory of CA is from Married with Children. I never thought she would get another role after that because she was so typecast. I am really glad to see her in this and think it's great for her career. I actually really like this show!
