So far (is there more this week?) I'm disappointed. I thought it might be great because I love almost every actor chosen. Tim Daly. Taye Diggs. Amy Brenneman. Paul Adelstein. And for most of this season, and maybe last season, too, Addison has been one of the few characters that I still like on Grey's.

But the writing was just so bad. Just for starters, the show is set in So Calif, I think in Santa Monica. It included a scene that has 3 very attractive female doctors rushing to a waiting area at lunchtime so they could nonchalantly drool over the young receptionist head off to surf his lunch, shirtless. Yeah, he was good looking (not drop dead hot by any stretch) but they are within walking distance of the beach. Plenty of viewing without acting like a fool, just steps away. Besides, didn't we see this as a commercial for Coke a few years ago?

Then, they razz one of the single docs (oh wait, I think they're all single) for meeting women to date online. When was this written, in the '90s? Isn't it common for busy professional types to at least give match.com a try?

I'm ranting, but if you have the pleasure of Tim Daly, don't make him say the stupid lines he was given for his "I'm going to kiss you" moment in the stairwell. Not even a little believable. Just like the "mysterious" voice in the elevator.

I really wanted it to be good. I wonder if they'll put it on the fall schedule. I hope not, because that would mean losing Addison from Grey's to a show that (I think) would be doomed.

Am I crazy? Cranky? Did anyone like it?

For what it's worth, I really loved it. I think the casting people could not have chosen better actors/actresses. Tim Daly was great and that kiss scene in the stairway made me... well, I have to be honest, made me dream. Ok, I also have to be honest about this one too; you're right, they could have skipped the shirtless receptionist but hey, something had to be slightly wrong about the show for us not to expect perfection with the upcoming season's starter. I specially liked Amy Brenneman who I found refreshing and delightful.

I wasn't impressed when it aired last Spring, but I'm going to give it a try this Fall. The cast is great and I'm hoping the writing will be better than the pilot.

Okay, just looking at Tim Daly is enough reason for me...:blush2ey:

I really like it. Great actors and a great storyline. The show of the switched babies had me crying like one. It was so touching.

Yeah I gotta agree that looking at Tim Daly is good enough of a reason to tune in LOL
