Is going to jail.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actress Michelle Rodriguez (http://omg.yahoo.com/michelle-rodriguez/celebs/298) was sentenced on Wednesday to 180 days in a Los Angeles jail for violating her probation on previous drunken-driving and hit-and-run offenses.

This girl is nuts. She can't seem to stop herself from getting into the face of the judge... drinking while you are wearing a monitor? Just nuts. I hope it does her some good.
