After her accident lastnight she came home pretty dazed. She ate very little and is really worried about how she will be able to afford college and a car loan. She tried to get her homework done. Had a paper due today but just sat there all confused in front of the computer. I sent her to bed and called her professor. He was nice enough to let her work be a few days delayed because of her situation. I was relieved. I sent her to bed and Pat and I talked about how we could help.
This am she woke very stiff and sore......but alive!
Her face is pretty swollen and every muscle is hurting her.
Pat and I have a small life policy on her that we are going to cash in so she can buy a car...so the search is on for s reliable car we won't have to replece once she goes out of state for college next year.
I also recieved a email from my dad...seems my newphew was also in a horrible accident on saturday night and is also lucky to have walked away. I guess he rode the ditch and hit a cement culvert in the rain.....Hard lessons to learn. Be more careful!
