Now see, I think they just look like adult versions of their kid selves. Apparently, Mary Badham goes around the country on a regular basis giving talks on her experience in the movie. She keeps in regular contact with Philip Alford (Jem) and did so with Gregory Peck until his death. She always called him Atticus.
