Season Premiere Last Night!

OMG OMG OMG OMG! :yikes:

What a great opener to the season. Very stressful, very gorey, very Dexter. It's really interesting to watch him go through this change of having emotions in his life. I wonder how will effect his character later on. Will it change the way he kills? We he even be able to kill anymore? (I know, duh!)

Of course, this other cop following him around (for some reason I can't remember his name at the moment) is totally stressing me out.

I'm so jealous. But will try to be patient for the DVDs or another free onDemand offer. It was fun to just watch episode after episode instead of waiting a week between.

But. Still jealous.

I can't wait to hear how season 2 handles Doakes. The second book was surprising and twisty fun, but I know they aren't staying with the books now, so you'll have to let me know what happens.

Saw the finale on Showtime and I continue to be surprised at the writing. Do you know when Dexter will be returning on Showtime and not the lame, watered down version on CBS?
