Are you missing your Fringe this summer?

The FRINGE BLOGGERS website is reporting that according to Entertainment Weekly, the role of Olivia's and FauxLivia's mother will be played by veteran actress Amy Madigan.

You may remember Amy as Kevin Costner's down-to-earth-midwest wife in the baseball movie classic "Field Of Dreams."(If you've never seen that movie you must watch it!)

Personally I'm not thrilled with the casting choice. Someone at the FB site said they'd be happier with Sigourney Weaver, and I think I would too. BUT, if you look at the photo of FauxLivia next her mom in the FB article, taken form the Season 2 Finale, and give Madigan whitish hair, I think it will work. Madigan will be intense, though, so be prepared.

My favorite comment on all this? Molly posts on the FB site, "If you cast her, they will come..." Haha.:o

Well, Fringe fans. We're off to an interesting start with the Season 3 Spoilers. I guess this one shouldn't surprise any fan who's been following along.

Here are 3 extra photos from recent shooting for the Season 3 Premiere. Thanks to Spoiler TV for posting these pics. The shooting started on July 8th, and I assume this is cast's first full-week of shooting.

Now look at the photo furthest to the right and click on it to make it bigger. Looks like Peter kissing Liv, since there is blond hair. BUT think about it. That's gotta be Faux-Livia since our poor Liv is still imprisoned! So the imposter Liv has died her hair blond to look like our Olivia!:censored::censored:
Even though a P/O kiss is wonderful, I have to wonder if this is as unsettling for you as it is for me?

We can only hope Peter will use that 190 IQ and deduce FauxLivia's true identity before they cross that line! (I'm hoping he sees her tat on her neck and stops cold. OR, that one of Big Eddie's guys barges in before anything happens and drags Peter away!)

But honestly, after "White Tulip" when we got teased with Walter and his envelope of declaration, I think we will be teased again folks.

Is it September 16th yet???:confused::confused:

Amy Madigan is an excellent choice to play Olivia's Mother.
And Amy Madigan's biggest claim to fame is not "Field Of Dreams".
It's that she's married to ED HARRIS!!!

I am in Fringe Season 3 Spoiler heaven!
There are all kinds of photos all over the net in the last 48 hours of the Season 3 Premiere being filmed on the streets of Vancouver.

If you are a Polivia(P/O)shipper you will LOVE these photos.

This is really spooky!
Right now I'm writing an Alias-style Polivia fic on fanfiction.net and I was thinking, how Fringe doesn't have a 'Marshall' character, but it does have Brandon who is similar in ways.
Imagine my shock tonight to see that the actor who played 'Marshall' in JJ Abram's 'Alias' is going to Vancouver next week to work on an episode of Fringe. Jeff Pinkner must've missed him. It will be nice to see 'Marshall' again.
