I seen Oz, I liked it.

I was a wee child; I watched it on TV. How long ago was that? Well...it was a long time before I realized Oz was a colorful place. I was never scared by it but my youngest sister was terrified by the flying monkies.

The Tin Man, but I loved the Cowardly Lion the most.

3. Have you read the books?
Oh gosh, I think I read the first one but I don't remember reading it. I remember the illustrations though.

4. Have you seen any of the spinoffs? "Oz", "Wicked", "Return To Oz", etc. Did you like them?
Not a one of them but I was thinking about reading "Wicked".

No. I wanted Toto.

Weekend plans? I am going to the laudromat (my washer died) and finishing up that little bit of packing. That is the last thing I have to pack. My realtor is going to try to get me in on next Friday to sign my closing papers, the movers come next Saturday, and depending on when they leave, I hit the road on Saturday or Sunday for Oklahoma.

3. Have you read the books? No! But I really should. Heck, to be honest, I don't think I was aware there were books.

4. Have you seen any of the spinoffs? "Oz", "Wicked", "Return To Oz", etc. Did you like them? I have not. I'm dying to read the books that Wicked was based off of. Need to get around to that.

i'd guess i was 5 or 6 & being from kansas, i was scared that everyone i loved was going to be sucked away by a tornado. was also creeped out by the flying monkeys.

Going to KC to the NASCAR races! so excited! one of our vendors here at the office gave me 2 tickets to each race. i didn't buy tickets this year b/c i was afraid i'd be too uncomfortable (pregnant) to go, but i'm feeling fine & not about to pass up free tickets! GO #99!!!

I was probably 7 or 8. Did it scare me? Have you seen those flying monkeys? Of course it scared me. It still does :o!

This week I am definitely the Lion. I have to go for a root canal on Tuesday (my first) and I am lacking courage, for sure.

A couple of them. I was 12ish and was shocked that they weren't exactly the same. Similar reaction to Peter Pan.

I read Wicked, but haven't seen any of the spinoffs. Loved Wicked a lot.

Annie, don't be a-scared of the root canal! It's not like the olden days of dental terror. My son had one when he was about 11 and he was relieved to discover that it wasn't as bad as people felt compelled to tell him it was going to be. PS: Thanks for the good wishes! I'm so excited...I'm going to be near (hopefully down the street) from 3 of my grandchildren! Since I'm arriving just prior to Halloween I am bringing a bag of candy with a big fat "dead rat" with me as a "Grandjub-jub has arrived" present. So much fun.
