I thought it was going to be Cassey because her meat was a bit undercooked. It seemed as though when ever a chef's meat was a little uncooked they went home. I am glad that she is still there as I wanted the Cassey in the final along with Hung. Dale pulled it out when he needed to and he is a wild card. Normally they have to do meal with all the different courses so it should be interesting to see what happens during the finalle since it is three chefs and not two.

I'm thrilled with the final three. I think it's going to make for a very interesting finale. I love Casey but I'd really love for Hung to step it up a notch and show some "soul". Though I'm not entirely sure he's capable of that.
