Super happy that Lee won. Although, being a fan of Crystal's early on...Lee was a strong contender, too.

I do think that Lee might have a bit more commercial appeal..as a pop singer.

Crystal tho...she has a great voice to do country even though she seemed geared towards more folk type songs with her song choice selections. Can't remember now what it was, but seems like I read that Melissa Elthridge might have offered Crystal some kind of mentorship, perhaps having her signed to her record label later on...something like that.

Dont agree with the winner but kinda glad for Crystal that she wont be stuck with the garbage that AI wants their winners to put out. I look forward to seeing her career and listening to her music in the future.

I was wondering the same thing. It almost looked like he was yelling at Simon and that it was not part of the skit. For them to cut to commercial so quickly, you know there was more planned for that segment. It was strange.

I missed the guy with the mike apparently? We were on vacation..at my in laws at the time..that's why I didn't post right after after the show. But I love Crystal and Lee both...both wlll have wonderful careers I think.
