Well hello ladies!
How are you all doing this fine morning?
Had a great nights sleep and finally awoke like I am well rested! Yeah!
Not too much on my agenda for today. Work then getting groceries to make Chili for the weekend races.
Anything new in your neighborhood today???

This is not hump day to me Sheri..this is my Monday..ha ha. I was off three days..and so I'm back to work today..grrrr. LOL
Oh..chili sounds so yummy. Do you use some of your fresh tomatoes from your garden? Hope everyone has a great day. I'll check back in after work.

Not a very good day for me. My next door neighbor suddenly died and his wife was out of town. I just talked to her and she is of course heart broken. The only thing I could do is hug her and hold her an let her cry. It is just so sad. I wish I could make her pain go away.

He had a heart attack.he was out for lunch with his son and collapsed

Oh Claudia..I hate to hear this. My heart goes out to your neighbor...praying for her and her family. And for you..I know this has to be such a shock for you too.

Hi racemom,

Well I'm going to have surgery tomorrow so today has been a total liquid diet etc. I will leave here about 1AM and have to be there by 6AM for surgery. Please keep me in your prayers. I will really miss posting and playing on my computer. But hope to be back in about 4 or 5 days. So I hope to see you then! Take care!

I know you won't see this Julie...but to everyone. I'm gonna be calling the hospital later. I want to make sure she's out from anesthesia first...then hopefully talk to her or someone to see how shes' doing.
