Rolling Stones night...Top 12

All I can say is I can't contain myself about this one particular singer...that blew everyone else out of the water...WOW... WOW... WOW. As one of the judges said... she was an Adam Lambert tonight! Can you guess who? I can't hold it in any longer!!! But I will ...ha ha. Let me give you me views on each one. Love to hear what others think.

1) Big Mike... He has a great stage presence...great performer up on stage. He did a very good job

2) Didi...her performance was just forgettable to me. She's never been one of my favs

3) Casey..He's good..and he made it into a rock/country type vibe. Women will vote for him..cause he's so darn cute, but I'm starting to lose interest in him. Though he does have a wonderful voice..just hasn't wowed me

4) Lacey...the one with the bright red hair. I love the song Ruby Tuesday. Right type of song for her and her voice is unique. I hope she stays around a bit longer

5) Andrew..I like him and he did good, but still where's that wow factor or it factor?

6) Katie.. I'm sorry... but I just don't care for this girl anymore. I did at first...and her voice is good..but I think it's song choices for her

7) Tim .. Nice voice..but he's reggae version of a Rolling Stones song was totally off the wall...and as the judges said they commended him for doing that...but to me his voice is nice...but forgettable

8) Siobhan...She sang Paint it Black... and the song was "black and kinda gloomy"...Oh WOW..WOW..WOW. I watched the performance three times! It was outstanding!!! I loved her look..fitting for the song and the performance. She's so cute...loved the dress, the boots..she was dressed so funky... but so cool. As one of the judges said...she's an Adam Lambert.

9) Lee...Love his voice...always have. The ending of the song was better than the beginning. but I want him back...he's just got to gain that confidence on that stage...but he's got a wonderful voice. I'd buy his CD

10)..Paige...she did better than last week, this upbeat seems more her style. Still no wow factor in her yet

11) Aaron...He did better than last week...but his songs more geared to hokey love ballads it seems His voice is nice..but no it factor. He did have Ellen's "do" this week though. when I saw it..I wondered if Ellen would say something and she did..LOL

12) Crystal...Always loved her and tonight was not a disappointment to me either..but Siobhan outdid her this week

Who will go home? That's a little tough to pick which one. One of these will probably go home..but I've been wrong before..lol. Didi, Katie, Tim or Paige might be going home:(

My take on tonights show...lol

1 -- Mike: Good job, but I can see what Simon was saying about the dancing. Mike's a big guy and the kick steps just don't work.

2 -- Didi: I do like her voice and look, but unless something changes...I don't see her in the top at the end.

3 -- Casey: I agree. He's really cute and a good guitarist, but his vocals are not all that outstanding.

4 -- Lacey: Goodbye Ruby Tuesday...it was ok, but kinda slow and had a few bad notes.

5 -- Andrew: Really like him, but I agree there was no WOW in tonight's performance.

6 -- Katie: Judges seemed to like her performance, but it didn't work for me either.

7 -- Tim: I didn't care for the arrangement although he did ok with it.

8 -- Siobhan: She did a great job with Paint It Black...but, I did not like the end and thought it was more screechy than Adam Lambert-like. So, I was out of step with the judges.

9 -- Lee: Great job with Beast of Burden. Lee should make it to the next round.

10 -- Paige: Honkey Tonk Woman. Initailly, I thought it was pretty good, but now knowing that she was sick this week and having vocal issues... she did very well.

11 -- Aaron: Angie. He did pretty well with the tenderness of the song, stayed on pitch...although it was a little safe, I thought.

12 -- Crystal: You Can't Always Get What You Want. Nice job, bluesy, soulful. I love her, but the arrangement was not a fav for me.

I have no idea who might go, but to make a pick...I'll say Andrew and Katie might be in trouble. We'll see... lol

Catstrack...we agreed on some...not on others. As far as Siobhan goes... I think it's gonna be like Adam was last season..you're either gonna love her style or hate it. Now I'm not saying she's gonna have a good week every week, but I liked it! We can agree to disagree in here.Wish others would come in and post their opinions...come on!! We need to liven it up in here!

Of the three bottom vote getters tonight I thought it would be Tim that was gone. He must have a fairly good fan base because he really is only so so, to me anyway. I hoped Lacy would stay she has a distinctive voice and I like her. :O) I wonder which of the three Simon thought was good enough to save? most likely Paige??

I figure the girls are voting for Tim..but personally he needs a haircut! LOL I was hoping Tim or Paige would go. I didn't want Lacey to go either.

DM, I really do like Siobhan, but the thing to me is that Adam Lambert was a clear and unique artist in the get go and it's hard to compare. I am sure it's cause I'm such a Adam Lambert fan tho. I just love him and think he's about the best ever that came out of AI...hard to make that comparison for me right now...lol. :-)
