Ok..who was everyone's favorite? The one that really stands out to me is Crystal..the single mom from Ohio. She just has this folksy sound... Loved...loved!!! She stood out to me in Hollywood week too.
This is my take on each one.
Paige, --24 yr old Blk girl. Just so so to me..but the judges seem to love her. She has gorgeous eyes!
Ashley Rodrigues..the Hispanic girl. I didn't care for her performance. I have a feeling she might be one of them going home
Janelle Wheeler..I didn't think she was that good either. To me her voice sounded shakey..perhaps nerves?
Lilly Scott..I like her! She's the platinum blonde. I think because she's unique..that's why she stood out to me. Her arrangement was orginal. she has that look and her signature feather earrings. Great voice I think.
Katelyn ...the one with the big blonde curly hair. Did ok. some parts just so so though.
Haeley...16 yr. old perky black girl. too Bubbly for me. To me sings like a little girl...and too squeeky. I do believe she will go home
Lacey..red short hair. She has a diff kind of voice...did ok. Judges were critical
Michelle...she did well
Didi...a waitress from Tenn. Loved her performance
Siobhan (what an usual name )..the glass blower. Good job...and it was different
Crystal... 24 single mom from Ohio. I can't say enough about her...just that folksy voice...the harmonica and guitar too...Just love..love her! She just stands out to me right now as my favorite..but my choices could change..we'll see
Katie...great pipes...but the judges all said the same thing I was thinking. the song was a bit too grown up for her age...wrong song choice
A lot was said to all about making the song their own..or making the wrong song choice. But overall..most very pretty darn good.
The two going home...I have three...so not sure which two..but these are the three I think might go home..two out of these..wonder if I'll be right?
