It's just sad to read about the testimony of a former bodyguard. A bodyguard that Spears hired in March (post rehab) and fired in May because "he didn't hear her when she asked him to pick up her hat". :lookaway:
In an article, his attorney said, “Our client was prepared to testify on issues of nudity by Ms. Spears, drug use, and safety issues involving the children post-rehab.”
It's time to get those poor, innocent kids away from an obviously unfit mother.

After seeing the MTV awards performance I am convinced that something is terribly wrong with Britney. Not just drugs/drinking; I don't know what it is, but something is wrong. And for the record I want to agree with Kanye West who said MTV exploited Spears...indeed they did and shame on them. They should have cancelled her appearance and to protect thmeselves in a law suit all they needed to do was tape the final rehearsal she participated in.

I read that too, about claims that a contract on K-fed's life had been taken out. The LAPD was investigating and then apparently the FBI looked into it. The FBI said it investigates "contract" claims like that all the time.

My armchair psych evaluation of Britney is that she suffers from Narcissistic Personality Disorder. She needs a good shrink. And tons of therapy. She should not be in charge of two small children.

I'm.... Niles! and I would agree that Britney's current behavior is consistent with a narcissist who is no longer receiving the essential and constant fix of affirmation & adoration. When it stops they melt down.

A judge has ordered Britney to be drug/alcohol tested twice a week and that she must be observed by a parenting adviser. Thank God for those poor, innocent kids.

A judge made the order yesterday and yet....last night she was photographed partying into the wee hours of the morning. Of course that doesn't necessarily mean she was drinking or using drugs...but still, ill-advised.

I think it will take losing her kids for her to get a wake up call. She is clearly headed for some kind of disaster if she doesn't make some changes.

What facinates me is the crowd of non-famous people surrounding Britney. Who are these people who take her out to a bar, or go with her when she asks, after that ruling? Were it me and a friend were in that situation I'd not be driving off to meet her at a club. But Britney has this group of hangers-on that just go and do whatever. What goes on in their heads? Is being photographed out with Britney more important that helping her get her life right?

I'm just at a loss that there seems to be nobody that's helping this person. Not even her parents.

Those people are enablers and users. They are probably the ones Britney is buying drinks for. It's amazing what people will do and support when someone else is footing the bill. I think there are probably some people who have made good, constructive suggestions to Britney. Apparently, she isn't listening. And people in her "camp" (managers, lawyers, etc.) are dropping like flies. Her career is effectively over, I hope she is developing some other skill to make a living.
