Did I miss something?
How is Charlie back?

Answering my own question: Apparently the episode "Unearthed" was an un-aired episode from Season 1.
I find it very annoying that this was aired with no explanation because from what I've read, I am not the only one who was totally confused by this.

Here's the thing, mtj.
There WAS an explanation ahead of time, but only in some of the Fringe blogs like fringetelevision.com, Fringe Bloggers, and Fringe Watch.

What was stupid was there was NOTHING posted about this on the official FOX Fringe website. I checked up to a couple hours before episode 1.21 aired.

Many people were confused to see Charlie alive. I STILL don't knw WHY they chose to slip this episode in when they did. If you look at FringeFiles and Fringepedia who list the episodes in order, it comes right after the Season I finale which was episode 1.20.

So, who knows why FOX did what they did. They didn't make it very clear to the Fringe viewing audience at large, that is for certain.

It's really lame that there was no "NOTE" or explanation before the episode was aired and on all the web sites.
I read countless forum posts today where people were confused as hell by the "re-surfacing" of Charlie.
Adding to that was the fact that the episode was about a dead girl who came back to life.
Making the average "Fringe" viewer go "hmmm ".
The continuity of this show is hard enough to grasp,
without them throwing in an unexplained episode from Season One.
Bad form.
