Although it is Sunday, so that may change when he is arraigned tomorrow. His little run for the border the last time he was in trouble might incline a judge to refuse him bail because he is a flight risk.

I read somewhere that the Goldmans have already contacted the authorities asking that, when the case is resolved, the memorabilia be turned over to them in compliance with the civil judgment they were awarded.

Years ago my Sweetheart, along with another cop, went to San Francisco Airport and actually seized Ferdinand Marcos' private jet to satisfy a civil judgment.

The press is doing it again...presenting what they know to be inaccurate information to create a story out of nothing. With regard to OJ's arrest: It is being reported that OJ's attorney might file papers requesting a special "emergency" hearing so bail can be set today.

Absolute Bullsh!it. He was arrested over the weekend; he will be arraigned today along with all the other people who were arrested over the weekend. He might not plea, he will probably ask for more time to find a lawyer, BUT bail will be addressed by the court when he is in court today. No special anything required. It happens for him just like it happens for everybody else. I know this to be a fact because I use to clerk all the in-custody criminal arraignments in a California courtroom.

It so pisses me off that the press gets away with this crap. I do not believe a word they tell me anymore.

Do you still have an "in" at the California justice system? If so please see that they put OJ in jail and throw away the key. Thank you!
