				from TV Guide Entertainment Network: Taye Diggs is coming to town-just two days before Valentine's Day. Okay, no one can replace Larry, but a little Taye sure can't hurt. He joins the cast as Jackson, a new lawyer with the firm, brought in to bring in some big bucks. He's got some history with Ling, which obviously isn't going to sit well with Richard. Jackson, not surprisingly, also gets Elaine a little revved up as well, which in turn won't go over with Mark. Ally spends the holiday talking to Larry via the phone. John takes Melanie to his favorite spot in the office, and somehow, someway, a marriage proposal and Barry Manilow fit in to this episode?
